This delicate Lovera Satèn is obtained from a particular vinification in purity of our Chardonnay grapes. A Franciacorta with soft organoleptic characteristics, with an immediate freshness and pleasantness, where the notes of tropical fruits blend with delicate floral scents, light white foam and very fine perlage. Obtained from grapes harvested in a single harvest on the old vineyards where the deep roots give complexity and marked minerality. The union of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes give us an evanescent white foam, a very fine and persistent perlage. Delicate bouquet of bread crust and rennet apple.
